RETURNS
Our return policy is for a period of 30 days. If the product is returned 30 days post your purchase; we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund nor an exchange.
Please note: Representations made in respect of the product have been trialed and vetted in controlled environments pursuant to the standards outlined in Terms of Service Section 5. We hold no responsibility for limitations imposed on the functionality of the device due to non-device related frailties in respect of its use.
Wemay accept returns on defective/faulty and malfunctioning items (Hardware related issues).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloaloadable software products. All Software Products & Video Games
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS
Once your poduct is received, a notification email will be sent to you and the product is subsequently inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund has been approved; you will be acreddited the full amount in the form of a Silulo Online Store credit, which you can use on any product on our store. Once the refund has been processed, a Credit Code will be emailed to you.

SPECIAL REFUNDS
In the event that a customer insists on a cashback refund; the initial purchase amount (excluding delivery & bank charges) will be refunded using the same method as the one used to make the initial payment. This is done within 7-14 business days.

None of our on Sale products qualify for a Special Refund.

EXCHANGES
